I told them they use the same lie to every customer when they forget to pick them up. ![]() I immediately cancelled my account as they are frauds, liars and truly a bunch of losers running an amateur service. stories were changed and utterly shocking stories. I took up the mantle and called Airbrook and suddenly the knew their decision to leave a NEW customer stranded was actually related to a frequent and good customer BUT the lies continued. We managed to get the incredible team at Empire Limousines to make an emergency booking and were there in 20 minutes to save a international flight and my mother-in-law and get to her daughters wedding. they then said "don't rely on us to get you to the airport tonight" and left her stranded and with no way to get to JFK to miss an international flight. surprise surprise "the car has been in an accident on the freeway and spun off and blown two tires". they charged her card but 30 minutes after they were due to pick her up they still had not showed. Recently in July my now 'mother in-law' was flying to our wedding in Scotland - her first time out of the US and 3 months after her husbands passing. ![]() Previously in 2018 they left us abandoned at JFK but told me the "car had been in an accident and spun off the freeway and blown two tires". I probably had spent in excess of $5000 a year with them. I had used Airbrook for years whenever flying in & out of NYC. ![]()
